Tim Holtz defines Grungeboard as "a compressed, flexible sheet of dingy material that can be painted, inked, sanded, hammered or grunged". Or, it could also be described as a sort of chipboard that has the flexibility and feel of sueded leather that you can attack with all your creativity.  Use them in your scrapbooks, cards and other art projects. So get down and dirty, or is that grungy?
